LIST #1 Photo identification with name and address – ONE REQUIRED
Acceptable forms of identification with photograph, name, and address of the elector – if the address on the ID does NOT match the address
in the Signature Roster, the voter must vote a regular provisional ballot and does NOT have to return. OR, SEE LIST #3.
 Valid Arizona driver license
 Valid Arizona non-operating identification license
 Tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification
 Valid United States federal, state, or local government issued identification

OMG, if they are this stupid I hope they dont vote. Having an ID card does not make one ELIGIBLE TO VOTE. You are ELIGIBLE TO VOTE if you meet all of the requirements to vote. If you dont vote because you didnt get some card that told you to vote, I hope the card never shows the f*ck up at your house.

Trent Franks (R-AZ) in Congress, roughly 140,000 of them may be unaware they are eligible to vote because they did not receive the ID card the county is required to send them after they register.
