I'm not seeing this in the WSJ nor even on Drudge or Breitbart - with Breitbart in particular normally pushing news like this in the past.

Hate to admit it, but Tom's overall point that this will amount to nothing is probably right. Like Bull, while I hope to see someone get to the bottom of all this, I'm not "buckling up".

Can we admit that, regardless of where it might lead, it's a significant step that a group of lawmakers have written the letter to Sessions with the names of these individuals and specific charges they want to see them prosecuted for?

McCabe has CLEARLY committed crimes as outlined by the IG's report. The man needs to be prosecuted. Flynn did far less and I'd challenge anyone to argue differently.

The IG's report found no credible evidence that McCabe had ever told Comey about the leak. Quite the contrary, the report states that, in the view of the investigators, initially McCabe did everything possible to make Comey believe he had no idea who had authorized the leak. Only later did he change his story and claim that he'd told Comey he'd authorized the leak and that Comey was fine with what he'd done. Unless McCabe can now produce some smoking gun evidence that he informed Comey, at least on this matter, Comey is in the clear IMHO.
