Anyway, the case has been referred to the US Attorney in Washington to determine whether he should be prosecuted. I'll defer to that office and will accept their findings unless they somehow end up being ridiculous...which I don't expect.
Yes, I read all 35 pages, every single word in fact, including the footnotes. I did so because I don't like entering into discussions about a topic and being shown by others that I'm talking out of my ass like, well,...........you get the picture.
Hence again, drama queen, why I did not comment on anything regarding McCabe until I had at least a cursory amount of information as to what was in the report. You act as if I've proclaimed his innocence non-stop for months.
Excuse me for not being wrapped up in a bunch of RW media hype like you guys because you're all basically foaming at the mouth for the existence of even the smallest thing to in someway clear your orange overlord...mostly because I believe, deep down, you know he's in trouble.
And even if McCabe is prosecuted for his lack on candor and for leaking what he did, that in now way clears trump of anything, nor does it convict Clinton or Obama of anything, so I'm not quite sure why you're orgasming so hard here.

Excellent points, all of them. Too bad I didn't try to make any of them.
None of this clears Trump in any way because he's not been charged with anything. But it does demonstrate that all the foaming at the mouth from the left about his criticism of the FBI is at least in part founded in fact. And that was my point, nothing more.
Having said all that, I do love how some of you guys here talk about Trump, collusion, obstruction of justice, and assorted other crimes but then plead complete ignorance when a topic like McCabe comes up. The FBI and its handling of multiple "matters" as Lynch would say, is central to everything we discuss here on the topic.
Trump may be in trouble for some process crime to be uncovered by Bueller's never-ending investigation, but one thing I'm sure of is that he's not in trouble for colluding with the Russians or obstructing justice for the firing of Comey or his tweets about Lyin' Andy McCabe.

You sound defensive. This is just the first domino to fall. There is so much more connected to McCabe. After all he was no 2 at the FBI. The dossier, FISA warrants, unmasking, ‘wiretapping’, leaking and eventually the Mueller investors are all in the crosshairs now.
Comey lied to Congress about the exoneration letter. That is fact. He also passed material to his professor friend that is now classified by the FBI.
Then there is the report to come from the IG concerning the FISA warrant applications. That’s going to be interesting to say the least. My guess is with this referral there is some squirming going on

Because they got so little else. McCabe might be 'jaywalking', but meanwhile Trump is out there doing all kinds of dirty deeds with his gang of criminals.
Be careful about setting the bar for prosecution low. You think Trump is going to get under that bar? LOL.

If what McCabe is accused of doing is jaywalking, how would you describe Flynn's crime? Just trying to get you on the record.

Trump is? Name them, citing specific verifiable evidence to support your claims. If he's doing all these terrible things, the evidence must be falling off the trees. So where is it?
Quote:Be careful about setting the bar for prosecution low. You think Trump is going to get under that bar? LOL.
I don't care how high or low the bar is set, as long as it's the same for everyone. Including Hillary. If what she walked away from is the indicator, then all Trump needs is for it to be applied with equal vigor both ways, and he is fine.
OK, I lied a little bit. I do care. I want the bar set a lot higher than that. But I want the same bar for everyone.

I never said that a moderator revealed it to me, but I still know it to be a fact. Also know they automatically default to ignore when they see it's you who has made the report.
