Usually is a cash lot, although they sometimes have official events there. Probably won't know if there is an event there for a few months.

I was going to suggest going to The Mix or Metro Nightclub but it looks like those have closed since the last time I was in town. Those were two great bars. Can't believe they shut down. I always left there pretty happy.

Best I can tell Lot 1 is located between Walwood and Hertigage Halls and east of Oakland Drive?

http://www.wmich.edu/sites/default/files...muvmap.pdf

It looks to be the Lot under construction in this Google Satellite Map

1, 43, 88, 95 are my favorite spots (probably in that order).

The Google satellite images are probably old. Construction over there is over. Shouldn’t be an issue.

Update: My group has grown to 50+ right now. One of the guys is bringing a Winnebago. Are RVs allowed in Lot 1? Or are they sent off to a special lot?

I thought they were allowed, but may have to pay for 2 spots

It depends on the day and what they are choosing to enforce. There have definitely been RV's there before. There is a "designated RV section" just south of Lot 88.

I am also planning on driving in a 35' Class A for the game. After we get through the holiday, I am going to call and see if they can give me any other details about how early we can get in and where they consider the best spots for RV's. I will update if I get any info.

I'm pretty sure that there are no classes that day, but a lot of the lots are also used for University business purposes and I am pretty sure the University is still operating that day.

The tailgate policy was kinda nebulous on that...it led me to belive you can bring one in but might have to buy 2-3 spots.

I'm just worried about Friday afternoon being a school day...I don't want a Cluster Fluck on Friday at 2pm.

Awesome thanks...share what you find out on this thread. You'll be welcomed to come over to our tailgate and share a beer and coney.

Just purchased 60 tickets for the game...we'll be in Section F up high adjacent to the preferred seatback sections.

Terrell Wilson in group sales did a great job answering my questions and making the purchase.

Favoring Lot 88 right now...got a buddy coming with a RV.

I want to order a couple sub platters. Any suggestions in Kalamazoo not named Subway? Any local grocery chain or sub shop do a decent job?

Jimmy Johns Subs. Can order online and they deliver.

My favorites #1, #2, #5.

They do trays and chips.
