If you want to win some money, take the points. Pretty good setup with Cincy probably thinking ahead to tomorrow.

Never a good idea to bet on games that involve a team you actively root for IMO. Find another game to bet on were emotion does not come into play.

Cincinnati opens as a 16 point favorite, but I'm sure many people expected Memphis to lose to Tulsa yesterday.

Take your complaint up with Vegas but they are pretty good at what they do... 03-hissyfit

If we can get out to a good start and hang around, you never know. The 'Cats can go stretches where they don't score. We can't turn it over and have scoring droughts or it could get nasty.

Cindy will come out wanting to smoke us, they are playing for NCAA seeding. We are playing to win one for the Tubster. I'll be surprised if we're not down 16 at the half.

How bad? My wife asked me my plan for the day. I said to watch Memphis and cincy. Straight faced she said "what's your plan B?".

It is already bad that we won 21 games, are one of 4 teams in the semifinals today and that the team on the floor yesterday and today (except for Rivers) is all coming back in 2019 and that we may be in the 2018 NIT. The question to ask is.....is your glass half empty or half full?

Beating Memphis by 10 or 50 has nothing to do with Cincy's seeding. It's the next game that matters.

Less than 6,000 in 18,000 NBA arena

Losing $800,000 from Grizzlies attendance benchmark

$$ Donations are down

Let local Memphis players on the roster walk away

Local Recruits good enough for Top 30 programs leaving; they’re not all tied to Penny

I'm thinking Tubby and his lawyer expected to lose. It's hard to believe they would've knowingly stirred the fan base up so much against them/themselves.

I hate to bring up luck, because it diminishes how hard our team has played at times. But we've won it seems more than a few games this season on last second heroic shots or calls that went our way. Call it what you want, but Tulsa seemed to me to be that kind of game.
In two of them (including today) we have benefited massively from poor free throw shooting from the opposing team. Regardless, the W counts the same in the record log.

That means we made them nervous.

Yup. We do make them nervous.

Lose to us and their seeding plummets.

It could mean the difference between a final four and loss in the second round.

Looks like someone forgot to tell Tubby and the team that they were 16 point underdogs
