Don't know if you are aware... Milano's (Somerville) is apparently know all up and down the East coast as one of the two places to stop and eat for Italian if traveling though the Memphis Metroplex area.

I love Milano's but bull****.

Milano's is perfectly fine low-end, which is all it tries to be.

Hope it's better than the 3 in the Bartlett area. Used to be good but man have they gone downhill over the last few years.

The one in Oakland is run by the same guy who opened the one on Dexter. The others are all run by different family members. Kind of like a private franchise.

I know the location on Bartlett near Stage was renamed a few years ago when a relative bought it. The 3 out here went from mediocre to below average quickly. It's a shame. I have eaten there many times before the food and service made me ask myself why I continued to eat there.
