If what Grassley has said is true, wouldn't one expect that the premier investigative organization in the world, the FBI, would have verified the details of what they were claiming before a judge to spy on American citizens? In a nutshell, you don't have to know it's a fake being used, you have to know that the claims are valid before taking them to a judge for a spying warrant. The average judge would tend to believe what the FBI was telling him, afterall, they are the FBI, or at least they were.

I go with 4 because a drunk Carter Page blabbing to others about Russia got the Feds involved before the Dossier was handed over to them.

The fact is the dossier can not be verified. Any respectable news organization will tell you that. Plus CIA chief testified to that in front of Congress. So let's throw that cooberated crap out the window where it belongs. If they used this dossier to obtain a FISA warrant and tried to pass it off as US intelligence, or failed to mention it was opposition research paid for by the DNC and Hillary Clinton. They could befound guilty of committing a fraud on the court. Also, all evidence gathered due to the illegal wire tap will be thrown out as fruit from a poison tree.
