BENTON, Ky. -- Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin said Tuesday afternoon that a 15-year-old boy shot 14 people Tuesday morning at a southwestern Kentucky high school. Two of the victims, a 15-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl, died. Five others suffered non-gunshot injuries, the governor said. The suspect in the incident at Marshall County High School in Benton, Kentucky, has been apprehended, according to officials with Marshall County Emergency Management.

Shooter is 15 and used a handgun. No one under the age of 18 can buy a long arm and under the age of 21 can buy a handgun by federal law. Kentucky state law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from possessing, manufacturing or transporting a handgun. Kentucky state law prohibits any person from knowingly carrying or possessing a firearm on school property unless otherwise authorized. Murder is illegal in the US and Kentucky.

But rest assured the leftists will not let the bodies get cold before they start pushing for more gun control because evidently thee weren't enough laws.

When are we going to hold the school systems responsible? We are required by law to send our kids there. Shouldn't they be required by law to protect them.

Since when has Anyone mentioned a hatred for Brown people on here ? A lot of My friends are Brown and Black. That dosen't fly. Just because We don't like Crime and leftwing socialism do not make Us racist.

Maybe it's not hatred. Maybe it's just fear. Either way, if conservatives put as much effort into stopping school shootings as they do into stopping illegal immigration, we would all be better off because of it.

Real shame to read this, gotta wonder what’s going through a 15 YO’s head (or body) to feel the need to do this stuff. Schools are scary places these days.

What would have stopped this instance considering the kids was breaking two laws just having the gun.

Actually fit, whenever white kids kill other white kids you're all over it... But when brown people shoot other brown people you don't even lift an eyebrow...
