Thank God for $327,000 commission checks. I literally had $5.92 in my checking non SEP account today. Last week my mom gave me $98 for a new car battery at wal mart, true story.

This is another thing that California excels at. We are overrun with homeless.

If I was president I'd be putting welfare recipients to work. There's always something that they can do for that Free Money. It's almost like the way I started on my road to retirement. It's called subsidized work.

After the Viet Nam War was ebbing there were a whole bunch of veterans leaving the service. They needed work. President Nixon started the Viet Nam Service Act where they would subsidize entities (mostly government) for a certain time. I saw ex-officers and non-coms working through that. Afterward, the entities realized that those workers were actually pretty good and kept them in the workforce after their subsidized term.

For non-veterans I'd have mothers who can't work because of the number of children they have and their low skills working in nurseries taking care of their own children plus other families kids allowing these wage earners the opportunity to go to work and not worry about child care...and so on. I've got a few ideas for others.
