As far as I know, Marshall is the only school in CUSA that takes partials, I know FIU does not.

You mentioned facts earlier, please provide a link to backup your point. I provided dates to his and his brother's recent offers which indicates Alabama's still had interest. If you have some later dated info to refute that, I would be grateful if you would share that with us.

Tayland posted in July that he does not have a top 5 only a top 2 (only 2 teams had offered John with FIU his first FBS offer). He made it clear from then that he and John will play on the same team next season. https://twitter.com/Big_Saucy_/status/87...3715733504
After that tweet, P5s started throwing offers at John to get Tayland, including Alabama. A lot of folks thought he would move away from that tweet after John committed to FIU. Clearly Tayland is willing to backup what he said, even if he means playing in front of 99,500 less fans.
