I feel like we'll beat Ozarks. Arkansas State is bad, not sure if they're as bad as us, but even trying to be optimistic I cant see 6 victories on the season. If I had to bet I'd say 5. Its unbelievable how far we've fallen in two years. The good news is with the right people it can turn the other way and we could win 18-20 games in a year or twos time. The frustrating thing is all the momentum from that 30 win season is gone. But I sure did enjoy it!

If we ever get full strength, we may do some better, but I can't see a good season under any circumstances.

At the moment it is a close race for last place, but at this point I'll vote for Sidney for last. He had Blackmon, Barky, Laverne Smith and Mark Green, and still managed to win only four games. I think that is a little more talent than we currently have on the roster.

I remember Sidney lost by 2 points at Georgia. I felt pretty good about things at that point. Don't have much to hang your hat on at this time. A 40 point loss to Bradley, which has been bad for years, certainly doesn't qualify. Although, it does look like Bradley's coach is starting to turn things around after some bad seasons. Maybe Wes can do it by year 3 or 4.

And Sidney had a tougher OC schedule too..

Apparently, Sidney only won one more additional game after his first 10. I will assume Wes will beat Ozarks, so he only needs one more win to do better than Sid did after his first 10 games and 2 more to beat his win total. At this point, after a 40 point loss to Bradley, I'm not sure where additional wins will come from. I just have to believe we are a much better team with Burns, Reedus, and Jones available to play.

Maybe Wes will get a call from a NBA team to become an assistant coach which was Sidney's intent in taking his first coaching job all along.

Sid won one conference game. Wes has 19 more chances to match that. Pappy may be right but I think we'll win some games.

We are bound to win again somewhere. The competition is not all as good as Louisiana, and even we should have a not-so-bad night occasionally.
