He didn't go for Flynn as a result of Manafort testimony/cooperation. He has had this for awhile and decided to act today.
In order to be a true "Move up the food chain" there would have to be some correlation. There does not appear to be any.

Denial can be such a powerful thing. Watching the Trump era sink like this is the greatest theater on earth. Can't wait for the grand finale!!

Remember the old political rule about releasing information on Friday. If the goal is to bring down Trump, why release this on a Friday?
Im sure Flynn is cooperating, but Flynn is a registered Democrat who worked under Obama. For what exactly is he cooperating with Mueller?

You mean like Obama and his adviser who went to Russia, even before Obama was elected?

I've read that he held on to it to incriminate Kushner and now that Kushner interviews are done, he may be next.
