RE: When are you buying tickets to Frisco?
Just spoke to the ticket office to request to be in a block with some others. Just as a reference I have 503 priority points and my rank was 363 I believe (somewhere near that). So I will be good for my 6 tickets that I requested. Here is my guess on the breakout based on what I know:

150 8 ticket donors: 1200
350 6 ticket donors: 2100

So if there are 4000 tickets that leaves roughly 700, so if you are getting towards 700 it will be close and really depends on how many people above you did not order their full allotment or did not order any. I would say that there will be some donors who don't buy or buy less and if I had to predict if you are under 750 you have a decent chance.

I have no idea the actual points that would take.

If the above is true then 150 point cutoff seems too low.

To be clear I am guesstimating the the number of buyers at each level, but based on where I fell in the ranking and what I give and for how long I would think the numbers are reasonable.

For rounding/estimating purposes this is good enough but take into consideration that not everyone with those high rankings is eligible to buy 8 tickets, since it is based on this year's giving level.

Reverse is also true though, right? Some folks outside the top 500 rank may be giving enough this year to qualify for 6/8 seats. Unless ALL bluestone and above donors are in the top 500.

1st you would have to know how many of the 5300 do duke club members get? Don't know how many went to students, DC 25, players families, etc. I would assume Duke Club gets at at least 4,000. Maybe a little more.

-Then you would have to know how many in the top say 1000+ members in priority points ranking are eligible to order 8?
-Then what % of them order tickets?
-How many tickets do they order on average? Sure maybe the majority will order the max 8, but not everyone will...

-How many in the top 1000+ members in priority points ranking are eligible to order 6?.
-Then what % of them order tickets?
-How many tickets do they order on average? Sure maybe the majority will order the max 6, but not everyone will....

How many in the top 1000+ members in priority points ranking are eligible to order 4?.
-Then what % of them order tickets?
-How many tickets do they order on average? Sure most will order the max 4, but not everyone will...

Good luck figuring all that out.

The latest update on the Facebook group is anyone with 100+ points "should be fine". We'll see...

*cough* me *cough*

plus I'll be there are more people in the top 150 than people expect that don't get tickets.

900 priority points? I have 503 and rank in the 360's so you will be fine, probably top 200.
