Our receiving corps haven't been playing great either ...

Nobody within 5 yds of UD wr over the middle...can't happen.

Mediocre punt and missed tackle allowed field position switch..Oline AND special teams got to pick it up.

Great throw by Shon, shows what he will be able to do over time. We just need other improvements as well in spots.

Replay showed a clean, if violent, tackle.

Punting could cost us a score or two.

Opening up the playbook isn't the problem...we aren't running the ball effectively which means the young QB is going to have a hard time throwing the ball, especially with how the O line is playing. We just took a deep shot and you saw how well Delaware defended it. We are losing the field position battle right now and that is killing us.

Michael is averaging about 5 yards more per punt.

Why isn't W&M calling timeout here?

I'm trying to figure this out. Why burn the redshirt now? What does this mean for Battle? If you're starting your freshman, you need to stay with him. And if we are really pulling out all stops, why are we punting on fourth and 1?

Shon will proceed to get better over time. We shouldn't be so down on him today. Starting in the middle of the year is never easy for any QB.
