Tulane-Tulsa Kick-off Moved Up to 10:00 am
Time change due to the latest storm that's predicted to hit the coast Sunday morning. Probably ESPN 3 only, but not confirmed yet.

It better still be fully televised! If it is I'll actually get to see more of the game most likely. So it works out for me.

Almost guaranteed to move to ESPN3 as a result. They aren't going to move any other games.

Yeah...tough to do.

Game was originally scheduled for 4 pm (EDT) on ESPNU.

AAC already has a Noon game on ESPNU: Temple at ECU

Other AAC games scheduled for that day:

Air Force at Navy 3:30pm CBSSN
Tulsa at Tulane 4pm ESPNU
SMU at Houston 7pm CBSSN
#25 UCF at Cincinnati 8pm ESPNU

There's nothing in the ESPNews slot at that time... So that's what I'm hoping for, but it'll probably be espn3.

I was thinking they would shift it to ESPNews if there was nothing there already. I'd be fine with that. I suppose they could always split into regional broadcasts with another game on the same station also?

Supposedly, FSU-Miami also considering a change to 11:00 am kick-off. That could kill the ESPNews option.

I went to Tulane and now live within walking distance. It does not flood often in the area, but depending on the intensity/duration of any particular rain event, it's always possible. If you are thinking of this particular storm, I don't think it likely, considering the 3"-5" rainfall being predicted.

I live about 3/4 of a mile from the stadium. Some side streets will flood but they have invested in the on campus sewer so it should be fine.

It appears mid city is the danger zone for flooding right now.

Thanks. I'm wondering about the Broadway and Freret area . Sounds like those areas should be ok this weekend.
Y'all stay safe

Depends what you mean by flood.

Does standing water accumulate for a few hours after a big deluge, sometimes over an entire quad? Yeah, for sure.

Does water get inside buildings? Are there feet of standing water? No.
