RE: Mark my words... Las Vegas was ISIS
Paddock bought some of his guns in Phoenix, where they are located. I wonder if he (who supposedly was never a "gun guy") ever had any contact or training at that club.

Hmm

AP reported that ISIS doesn't take responsibility for attacks that they aren't at least "loosely linked".

I'm still sticking to my 2nd theory - angry old guy who pretty much is mad at everyone. At first I thought maybe ex-employee of the casino, but he has no history of employment at any Vegas casino. He's a heavy gambler, who unsuccessfully sued a different casino for a fall a few years back. He probably was on a losing streak. His girlfriend did work for some casinos but maybe she wasn't thrilled with the industry either. He was trying to hurt the gambling industry in the most high profile way he could come up with. Supposedly he had cased a different music festival earlier that featured Chance the Rapper. Probably it wasn't an ideal set-up and he picked this venue instead.
Why he wire money to Phillipines? Why did he videotape himself?

Chance the Rapper.. Maybe.. Maybe fake news...

There are some antifa in Syria fighting with the YPG. I believe that picture is them posing with the flag in a city previous held by ISIS. What their thoughts will be and where their allegiances will lie once they return is something to be concerned about.

ISIS hasn't done that in the past but if they are indeed weaker and more desperate, they might claim responsibility now for acts they had nothing to do with. That would be a positive for Trump's claims that they are making inroads on getting rid of ISIS, but go ahead and keep trying to prove that Trump is wrong. It only makes my job easier when you do so.

Chance the Rapper and Lorde were the headliners of the Life Is Beautiful festival in Las Vegas (which I think was one week earlier?). Sure that could be wrong, but it's also very, very possible that every other post in this thread is dead wrong too.

Its going full tin foil..but..I think he did this for a very sinister reason that we can not imagine yet. This was well planned and thought out. Not the doing of a pissed off casino gambler, jilted lover or hater of Jason Alden music.

Could be He wasn't the shooter. Killed by Terrorists that set Him up, left the room before Police reached it. Shooting had stopped for a short while before police got to the room after security guard was shot. This was well planned out beforehand.

Fair enough. But ISIS just wants to kill. They just want to kill and disrupt.

Question, how can you bring in that many guns, cameras, etc., in a very tight secured hotel-casino if there wasn't help from somewhere? To claim this guy was mental and acted alone is just crazy. The attack was very sophisticated and well planned. Yes Philippines, as the OP stated, is the sight of a current battle against ISIS groups who are attempting a caliphate. ISIS came out and claimed responsibility. Another thing, he targeted a country music event-who many relate to Trump conservative supporters. Coincidence? Don't think so.

Wait, what? I googled it and it came back with infowars(lol) and the like, could you link that?

I don't know about from ISIS, but antifa has definitely taken up firearms training. Look up John Brown Gun Club.

Also, Steven Crowder proved that just because it isn't being reported in the fake news media, doesn't mean it isn't true. He tried to hand them a story about how antifa was handing out knives and shivs, and planned to lure "fascists" to a car that contained sawed off shotguns and AKs, and they weren't interested.

Lol I love it when you go full nut job.

Is there something wrong with them getting weapons training? Or being a member of a gun club?

"Stephen Crowder proven murder conspiracy foiled by disinterest" lulz

Lugenpresse

Oath keepers picture.

Man oh man are you out there. At least I'm forthright when I troll, I think you might actually be crazy.

RE: Mark my words... Las Vegas was ISIS
There's a simpler explanation:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post...lou-danley

Most details of the shooter come from the brother, who's been awfully willing, seemingly eager, to talk to the news media. So perhaps he's making **** up because he didn't really know his brother well any more (like the other two brothers; see the linked story) but loves the attention, or wants to gloss his dead brother. There are always people who want to be on teevee so much they'll tell you anything except, "Sorry, I haven't spoken to him in 45 years."

If you take out Eric Paddock's stories, then the picture based on the other folks in the linked story is a nasty old ******* who hated all living beings. That's way more believable than ISIS ninjas sneaking out of the room through the AC vents.

Hey, don't get butt hurt I just didn't know you were anti gun training and anti gun club.

The alt right YouTube/fringe site radicalization I knew about... but I still find it funny. What's ol' AJ saying about the Vegas shooting? CIA? Antifa? Mars child sex ring operators run amuck? I'm surprised you're not accusing Hillary lolol

Something dumb and pathetic as "out doing" bank robber Daddy? Not enough daddy time?

Weirder schit has happened. Apparently both these F$%^'s were plenty smart.

Near impossible to figure out even after the fact. Which only begs the question as to how do you figure it out BEFORE?

Good gravy y'all. Money to the Philippines? Hell, rich foreign white dudes sending money to girlfriends and their families has got to be like the #7 contributor to their economy. And getting all those bags in his room? He's a high roller and it was a suite. Casinos don't question those kind of folks.

Stories I've read imply he had some anger issues, and his dad was absolutely a rotten apple. He was pissed off at something and unhinged enough to not care about the consequences of his actions. That's a lot easier to believe than a wealthy 64 year old high stakes gambler joining ISIS.

His wife broke up with him because of a country song?

If he really was wealthy as some of you claim, he was crooked. If he was crooked, there's no telling what was going on in his head.

I do not think it is ISIS. But for what this happened? There was a report that he was looking to do this act at a Chance The Rapper or Lorde concert in the same place, but different times. So, I do not think it was a hatred of Country music. I think he wanted to be famous, and mow people down.

Someone made a point if the silencers have been made legal? Imagine what the body count would be? Nobody would have noticed at all.

For the love of God, sometimes you make sense and are reasonable. And then other times I can't figure you out.

I am saying that Trump from day 1 has campaigned on being tough on ISIS. He's tweeted and commented many times since becoming president that he is making real progress on wiping ISIS out. In July, his tweet was 'ISIS is on the run & will soon be wiped out of Syria & Iraq.'

If ISIS is now weaker and resorting to Baghad Bob-like dubious claims, then that's a good thing. And Trump deserves credit.

If Paddock is related to ISIS, then that's a bad thing. And we're not making nearly as much progress as reported.

You would think that most right wingers like Rush Limbaugh, and Alex Jones, and people on this forum would prefer the former over the latter. And pretty much everyone on this board for that matter.
