Yeah one really happened the other might.

What exactly is it about this conversation that's making you so salty?

I don't think we should agree to moving the date sooner. If UCF is convinced its gonna get hit then reschedule it or cancel. Football is not that important if you are gonna get hit by hurricane.

There are no dates that would make sense for a reschedule.

Why would we cancel if we could play this game one day early? It could be a pivotal game for the AAC.

No one is convinced of anything yet but if there's even a possibility that we could have people desperately trying to escape Orlando on Sunday morning as a storm is making landfall then you don't take that chance.

Hell, that's mighty damn big of you considering you are the home team.

Why not just play it in Memphis where the weather is good as long as you are being cavalier about changing the date.

Even if the storm is out to sea it will still produce bad weather in Orlando.

Given there are no natural dates to reschedule, and both teams played this week on Thursday, doing a weeknight game may be an option.

Watch for this in the next day or two.

smart to be proactive..

Yeah because that's all there is to it, right? Just get on one and fly to Memphis. Easy.

We will have to agree on the earlier date. I hope we don't and it gives us a bye week before UCLA. UCF is less important.

I like this plan. 78 and Sunny in Memphis this upcoming Sat...since UCF is scared of rain just come to Memphis where we play in tropical depressions.

think about it...a lot of our fans will be mad as flights and hotels have been booked...time off requests have already been put in...lots of MEMPHIS fans may have to cancel their trip if the game gets moved.

I'm sure the 20 fans making the trip will survive. Nobody is playing football in a cat 4 or 5. Either way they would miss the game.

I couldn't care less as I'm not going...Thu or Sat, I'll still watch on TV...but I'm just explaining why you'll get push back from our online fans.

UCF has real safety concerns...move it to Memphis. For the kids.

Worked out good for Florida and LSU.

I agree...we should have moved our game with ULM.

both Memphis and ULM are off 11/11 (sat)...should have played the game them IMHO.
For safety it should be played in Memphis or not at all. Orlando needs to prepare.

Nothing has even been decided. I'm sure espn is involved in the discussions too. The last thing ucf wants is to lose a Saturday night game for the record.

think about it...a lot of our fans will be mad as flights and hotels have been booked...time off requests have already been put in...lots of MEMPHIS fans may have to cancel their trip if the game gets moved.

I'm sure the 20 fans making the trip will survive. Nobody is playing football in a cat 4 or 5. Either way they would miss the game.

I couldn't care less as I'm not going...Thu or Sat, I'll still watch on TV...but I'm just explaining why you'll get push back from our online fans.

if Thursday evening means not playing in a hurricane...play it Thursday.

Nothing has even been decided. I'm sure espn is involved in the discussions too. The last thing ucf wants is to lose a Saturday night game for the record.

It's been decided...you boys are comin' to Memphis!!! it'll be fun, get some BBQ and Shere will show y'all around!!!

I went ahead and made the call...I'll have my people call your people!
