This is a "Boise BCS run" schedule. What's wrong with that?

still a strong OOC schedule with two nice ACC teams. GW is a throw away as is ODU (why are you playing @ ODU??). Losing the SEC home game sucks but if they paid you money all is good.

Right. Can anyone figure out the last time we were legitimately upset by an OOC opponent in the regular season. aka an OOC G4 or FCS?

I guess BYU in 2015 maybe counts, but not sure we were favored going into that one. Honorable mention for Wake Forest in 2005?

We've recruited Tidewater as long as I can remember. Not a bad thing to go there. VT, UNC and probably some others see the value in going there as well.

ECU isn't upset often because they are often the underdog anymore. BYU doesn't count as an upset because they are the next closest thing to a P5 school in the G5 next to ECU based on following and attendance.

ECU will handle JMU easily, and should be able to handle ODU as long as the defense shows up. App held ODU to 7 points in two meetings, if ECU is as great as Pirate fans believe they are, anything more than 14 points would be a let down.

everyone beat us that year we were god awful. Furman was a throw away game and our season was a throw away season. ODU is 100% a throw away game on any p6 schedule.
