Philosophical argument against AHCA. Totally end the new entitlement.

I just don't think its realistic. Obamacare did change the discussion. Going back to 2009 using local and charitable subsidies and eliminating federal subsidies is a minority opinion.

The battle he wants to fight had to be won in 2012. Romney lost.

Hopefully this will lead to Paul Ryan's demise.

Scrap his bill, and debate Randcare vs. clean repeal.

Here are some of the things that the far right Republicans who could be voted out on the next election because it would hurt everybody.

The new compromised bill will eliminate these things.

Drug subscription coverage which means everybody's will pay a lot of money out of pocket.

Eliminate drug rehab and care which means people who are hooked on legal and illegal drugs. Anybody who are hooked on Oxycodone, Meth and other drugs will not get care.

Maternity coverage for expecting mothers.

Cancer screening and protection.

No more protection for people who do have illness from being dropped from coverage.

Mental health care will be gone.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/free...2b0d19c317

It is not what Trump promised to the voters because he is in favor of the things listed above. It would also eliminate medicaid expansion, throw the elderly and disabled people under the bus and so forth. It would throw chaos in everybody's health care insurance young or old, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, male and females.

Dang I had no idea.

They likely don't even know what's in it.

You gotta pass it to find out what's in it. 03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao

This post is deliberately deceptive.

What was removed was the federal MANDATE that these things have to be in EVERY insurance plan. This may come as a shock to you special snowflakes, but single men don't need maternity care coverage. But they're required BY LAW to pay for it anyway because insurance HAS to have it.

What this does is allow insurance companies to offer you slimmer coverage options for less. And this would see an immediate lowering of my premiums because I do not need nor wish to pay for: maternity care, mental health, drug rehabilitation, or other similar things. What ObamaCare did was lump me in with those groups so that I had to help pay for that crap for them. Which is what sent my premiums through the roof. It's a great deal if you're a single mother giving birth every 9 months who is hooked to heroin and has bipolar disorder and ADHD. It's a totally sh*t deal for everybody else.

If you aren't mandated to buy a particular benefit, that benefit no longer exists?

Under the medicaid expansion, the state's welfare officials could setup the special types of coverage. That means people that are disabled and need a different coverage will not have the Maternity coverage. With the Freedom Caucus, that would be gone from the bill as well. The Republicans are fighting with each other over this. The more moderate Republicans will vote no if some of these things are gone like drug treatment, mental health and all that have to be removed.

Hold on there Mr. Shifty McGoalposts. Before I can keep going further with you you're going to have to admit that your post above was deceptive and a pretty huge mis-characterization of what is being proposed.

Good... We need to be working hard on this but we don't need a vote in the next two months... So long as they are done by the end of the summer.

Fundamentalist extremist conservatives --> make this a libertarian bill, or we'll vote no!

Common sense centrists --> make it so my constituents don't lose the healthcare coverage, or we'll vote no!

Im with you. I dont necessarily see this as a bad thing. Republican representatives are not bound to the Borg like their democratic counterparts and thus they have can have free thought and an exchange in ideas to make a better bill.
