Haven't missed much, Easterwood hasn't been on. (Probably the most enjoyable part of that time slot) Strange but it seems like the best show on 92.9 now (besides Mike and Mike) is Caulkins. Jason and John need to figure out what their show is (Jason is pretty good, John is Parrish lite), Hasseltine isn't bad. Parrish can have decent segments but he just comes off kind of arrogant and condescending (not to mention the politics).

I agree you haven't missed much. No offense to eassterwood but he was offering nothing either. Same ol same ol. Mostly talking about women, drinking, and paying players. Nothing else to add. The product on the radio is hurting. Some of this is because Memphis basketball hasn't given them much to talk about

First time I've listened to John & John in months.

Searching for a positive, at least this shows people still care about Tiger hoops. Most don't go to games or donate anymore, but the passion is still there.

First John & John go to some Ok City guy to talk Westbrook. Then talk Tigers for a segment. Now they are going to some previously scheduled NFL guy.

I was listening to J&J when they broke the news. They had to interrupt their Grizzlies discussion - which was total filler and had no insight - to break the news. They were giddy. Roser was slamming the program worst of any. After lunch, back in the car, they were talking Romo as a commentator.

Just not a good show. They can say they're talking about what the viewers like, all they want. That was not the case today.

Let's face all of the local sports radio sucks now. The hosts all either stray off topic too much or are too busy stroking their massive egos.

They aren't much better out here in Dallas.

At least they have plenty of pro athletes to interview, but the hosts aren't much better than those in Memphis.

I was shocked when I first moved here, drive an hour each way to work and hear about five minutes of sports and 55 min of BS on sports station.
