haha trust me, I am not a huge Trump supporter, you wont see me wearing a red hat around. I voted for him but it was mainly because I knew this country could not afford 4 more years of Obama. A major course correction was needed and I don't even care where that new course goes, it can't be worse than where we were headed.

I feel that Trump has dug himself into a hole that is going to be very hard for him to dig out. I think the economy will be in his favor, he will deliver on jobs (although they might not be sustainable). However, his remarks towards women are inexcusable. The way he treats others is childish and should not be accepted as the new norm in society. His conflict of interests with his business will certainly be brought up continually during his presidency. He also wants to control the media's narrative, which is a very dangerous road for the country to travel down. I felt like I was watching North Korean spokesperson during Spicer's first press conference.
If Trump gets off Twitter, keeps his mouth shut and delivers on jobs he'd be serviceable. Problem is, I don't think he's capable of doing this at all. With how low his approval ratings are currently, I wonder how low they could get if something terrible happened (Katrina, scandal, unnecessary war). The next four years are going to be interesting to say the least.
Is anyone else interested to see what is on his tax returns? I mean, if you believed that President Obama was born in Kenya, how could you not be curious to find out what Trump wants to hide from everyone. The fact that the "King of the Birther Movement" won't release a document that many are questioning shows he is very hypocritical. My theory is that his ego is so big that maybe he doesn't want the US public to see how much money he actually has. Just my thoughts.

i want to give Trump a chance...i really do. Because if he does well...presumably the country will do well. i would hope. However, the constant need to address all criticisms is coming of very childish, very unpresidential, and very unprofessional.
It will be interesting to see the effects of his push to move manufacturing back here. Afterall, most of our corporations have become multinational, and are now vulnerable to a trade war. There could be unintended consequences.

I am more alarmed at the most corrupt media we have EVER seen at any point in history. The media is just an offshoot of a political party and I don't blame Trump ONE BIT now for using social media to bypass the media. The media will not stop until he is destroyed. It is absolutely amazing that they have not yet figured out a way to destroy him yet. I give the American public a huge amount of credit for not being fooled.

Interesting take. Can you provide media that you deem appropriate? I mean, when the president claims that 3,000,000-5,000,000 people voted illegally in an election that he won, but refuses to give any sources, it's hard for me to take his word on Twitter as "truthful".
Also, when the president presents his "truths" about something as trivial as inauguration attendance it's also hard for me to believe anything he says. He is trying to create a distrust in the media so that his word is the only "truth". Sadly, people will only seek out the "truth" that fits their narrative. That is why I've had actual conversations with people who believe President Obama was a Muslim born in Kenya, and his children were adopted because Michelle Obama was a transvestite.

Reading between the lines, you are making an accusation on MSNBC, CNN? Fox News is just as guilty, only on the other side. Unfortunately for us, all news has been highly biased to drive ratings...we need simple objective news reporting.

Not just MSNBC and CNN, that would include CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, Washington Post, and several online blogs. Nearly every media outlet is an extension of the radical alt-left. Fox News is actually one of the few places you get the other side of the story which I have IMMENSELY come to appreciate.

We are in for years of the media trying to take down one person for political gain because it gives an advantage to their party. It scares me that the mainstream media is so corrupt and in the tank for the Democratic party, it reminds me of nations where the government controls the press, not a good thing
MADD....you don't see issue with Trump's administration continually spending energy on rehashing the election and inauguration? really? there are far more important things going on in the world (and nation) I would rather hear him address than these meaningless things.

By "other side" I meant the truth. CNN and its liberal sister stations have created a complete total fabrication of news. They are wings of a political party and have killed journalism as we know it. He has to spend time on those things because the media is trying to delegitimize his presidency before it begins. Their mistakes have to be called out.

Just because you disagree with what CNN or MSNBC reports does not make it fake.
How would you like the media to report on the daily tantrums Trump throws out there? Should they ignore his misogyny? Should they ignore his continued lies? Should they ignore his ridiculous claims of voter fraud? Should the ignore his refusal to release his tax returns? Should they ignore his gaslighting? Should they ignore ethics? Should we ignore his totalitarian behavior? His demagogue behavior?
I for one want the media to fact check the president every chance they get.
You seem content with a Trump run media. You are taking his tweets and press conferences as pure truth without research.

Once we get that wall up and get the Mexicans to pay for it, we'll be great again. Wait, we still have to send those roses and chocolate to Putin. Then we'll be great again.
