I hate the year to year speculation about coaching changes, means we're winning but I wish there was some stability. I hope PJ is and will always be as happy in Kalamazoo as he seems. Will make a good salary plus jobs you love this much with bosses you like are hard to come by. Life is too short to be miserable. One coaches dream is Alabama, another could be Western Michigan. Go broncos!!

The fact that Jerry Kill is furious to the point of no longer supporting Minn football means he's likely guiding PJ away from that opportunity.

Huge is reporting Fleck was offered the job today.

Word is he was offered the job. Has until tomorrow to say yes or no.

Welp, the next 24 hours oughta be interesting.

If he goes to Minnesota the cotton bowl may well be the highlight of his career.

I can't believe he'd even consider them!... That's no better than Purdue and a terrible climate to coach in. Kzoo may be small ish but it's big in heart and on the way up.

It meets a lot of his criteria. Commitment to new resources, Midwestern school, P-5 conference, and little in the way of tradition. His style would work very well there. Not sure they can offer him enough if the rumors about 10 year/$30 Mil are true at WMU, but it is a much better situation than Purdue. Twin Cities vs. West Lafayette? Not even close.
