Given the strong potential for a winter storm in the NorthEast region on Friday, was curious how many folks are planning to travel that day? We were originally scheduled for a Friday flight and are now looking at a Thursday option.

This is a complicated question due to so many time zones being crossed. I will be catching a taxi to the train station on Friday at 5am Central European Time, which is Thursday 10pm central time in the United States.

Leaving late flight out of baltimore friday and SOL if it snows. Weather Channel has good weather through that weekend here, but so far away it'll change 6 times

Yeah flying at 6 am out of Reagan so think we will miss it before it could be an issue

Leaving thursday....Driving down. - ROAD TRIP!

Leaving Northern Virginia on Thursday morning and flying to Houston to see my wife's family. Driving up super early on Saturday from Houston to Frisco with my brother-in-law and a friend from law school. Rootin fer Dukes! Beatin some Penguins! Partyin at team hotel, tailgates or bars after the Dukes win their 2nd Natty! Driving back to Houston Saturday night or early Sunday morning!

Leave Richmond at 10am on Friday. Have an hour layover in Chicago which puts me in Dallas at 3pm. The possible snow in the northeast on Friday has me nervous.

Out of RIC @ 5:30am to ATL, then to Dallas. Delta.

I refuse to fly through northern airports in January....weather has destroyed my travel too many times.

Flying down Friday morning, arriving at DFW around noon. Forecast according to wunderground calling for mostly cloudy skies in Newark and partly cloudy in Dallas.

My sister is flying out of SHD. Right now there's a <50% chance of snow showers on Friday according to wunderground, and a >50% chance of rain in Charlotte, where she's connecting. Not worried yet.

Thinking of picking up our game tickets at the Westin Friday afternoon and checking out what's going on for Friday night fun involving booze and hopefully some Texas BBQ.

Forecasts for fri have turned a bit more positive since yesterday, and I hope no one is impacted. Still considering Thursday travel because we found a way to extend our trip for a fairly minimal cost ($150/person inclusive of hotel/flight) and it might be fun to spend Friday touring the area.

Is there not a single retired, non-local arriving earlier than Thursday? I heard some retired ndsu fans would arrive as early as Tuesday each year.

Leaving early Friday AM and driving to Raleigh. Flying out of RDU to Dallas Love Friday afternoon.

Returning Sunday to RDU and then driving to FL for a few days!!

Ditto. I'm a night owl in general so gonna stay up late Wednesday to sleep in big time Thursday then drive through the night.

Flying out of Regan at 6 AM Fri morning. I'll be at Dallas Love around 8:30ish AM.
