I live in the central Florida area. Butch Davis can and will recruit well in Florida. FIU has the money and are looking to step it up just as USF and UCF did in the past. This is a football talent state and many recruits want to play instead of sitting for a couple of years at Bama, Auburn, Florida, FSU, etc. I will be disappointed if USM doesn't step up soon. If we don't we will be joining the SWAC.
