This team is better than a lot of people realize and probably better than their record. I hope we have a chip on our shoulder over last year and play like we have the past 3 weeks or so.

We start out slow again, but pull away in second half. We won't lose at home.

A friend of mine told me he heard ODU mentioned on ESPN radio this past Saturday morning, the Mel Kiper show.

I do think this game will be close. After watching last years game and how we had problem stopping their QB at their place and their NFL prospect TE coming back( his gf is just stupid crazy btw) after that crazy incident, this game will come down to last couple of possessions. I hope we force some turnovers and limit their offense on the field. That said ODU 31-24. Go Monarchs

FIU runs a pro set. We really haven't seen that this season.
Do we know which QB we will be facing?
Both McGough and M Alexander have horrible interception rates.
M Alexander has started recently.

The FIU running game is ok, but not as good as many we have seen recently. Neither RB is a large run-over-you type. Although their yds/carry is close to ours, their total output as almost half of ours.

ODU will not lose on Senior Day two years in a row. The Monarchs are motivated to head into bowl preparation with a big win and a head of steam.
