Let's put a period to this Auburn matter. Auburn is a big game for us,we have a history with them, we recruit against them,we are measured in this state against them.
So those of us who can come to the game, come and bring a Blazer with you, those of you who can't come, cheer your heart out.

It's a big game even if you don't want to admit it. It's a must win IMHO. we need it for recruiting at to have any chance at an at large.

It is definitely a big game. Anybody stating otherwise is full of it. A loss to a run of the mill sec team is killer. A win is a win over a power five team.

It's definitely a big game for a multitude of reasons. They aren't a traditional basketball powerhouse, but it's still a big game. They should be much improved from last year and have brought in some top notch recruits. Last year, they looked a lot better through the first 1/2 - 2/3rds of the season and then imploded.

It's not a "must win" for resume purposes, because we haven't even played any games yet. However, it is definitely a big one. A win gives us some possible cushion to lose some of the other high profile OOC games we have.

It's not a must win if we beat Kansas.

From the non basketball fans in the area a win vs auburn is huge. Anytime UAB can beat auburn or Alabama in anything it's huge.

He's still around, just not on here much I guess. I talk to him a couple of times a week. He's in with our block of football tickets next year.

Man, that makes me feel old. It was during that thread that I started reading this board. StLouisBlazer told me I had to come here and see a train wreck in progress.

It was one hell of a train wreck.

There are 58 tickets on sale for this game on stub hub. Prices range from $49 to $163.
Folks selling at this price obviously feel $35 not too much for this game.

Hopefully no Blazer fan ends up having to pay this price to see the game.

I like having the ability to resell my tickets. It helps to make sure all of the lower bowl seats are full every game.

But as I mentioned on another thread, whoever decided the date of this game was not very bright.
