I talk up Gary because I like his platform, he's trustworthy and has integrity. Proven governing experience.

But his campaign style was/is underwhelming. I think he's gotten worse once the media started turning on him for taking Hillary support among Millennials.

He was battle tested as a Republican in one of the most Liberal states in the country and won in a landslide both times. He is no lightweight...and has no skeletons in his closet to attack. Weld/Johnson would have been a more likely ticket to break the two-party hold on the debates. I wish it had worked out that way.
