Nippert - 30 in a row!
Cincinnati has won 30 straight non-conference games at Nippert Stadium. The Bearcats haven't lost a nonconference game in Nippert Stadium since 2002. I believe that this is the longest active streak in college football. Has anyone else ever accomplished this feat?
Alabama is the closest active streak I could find - they've won 24 since their 2007 loss to Louisiana-Monroe. Alabama might pass us because Alabama has had 3 non-conference home games every single year since 2007 - even in years when they play a neutral site game.
Nippert is the best home-field advantage in college football. Other schools have won more games at home (such as Miami at the turn of the century), but that's because they have great teams. Cincinnati has had a few great seasons, but also several mediocre ones since 2002 - our streak even includes 3 years where we had losing records overall. There's a huge difference between a great team and a great home-field advantage. We are blessed with a concrete echo chamber set into a natural valley right in the middle of campus, with the campus buildings rising up around it and preventing the sound from leaving.
* Note that Cincinnati played (and lost) one nonconference home game at Paul Brown during this time, against Oklahoma in 2010.

Wow. Given that UC eked out a 7 point win against a winless MAC team (Miami of Ohio), I don't think this is a good time to be talking a whole bunch of smack.
I honestly think that streak comes to a sudden and ugly end against USF next week.

USF isn't a non conference game.
Big UC games against P5 teams are played at the Bengals field. Nippert mostly only hosts G5 and FCS teams.
Didn't UC host Ohio St at Paul Brown too, beside Oklahoma.

Yeah, I didn't see the "non-conference" qualifier. Makes it even weaker.

Lame!
Sure if you count the number of unimportant games you have won in a row.
All it really means is that Cincy can't get anybody decent to play at Nippert on their ooc schedule.

Houston has won the last 300+ games in which it had more points than the other team at the end of the game.

OOC UC has beaten Miami(FL), NC State, Purdue, Illinois, Oregon State and Wisconsin at Nippert during this streak.
Outside of 2014 when Nippert was under construction we have only played 4 times at PBS.

Cincinnati beat Wisconsin in 1999. This current streak began in 2002. I don't believe any of the non-conference opponents they defeated were ranked at the time of the game. It is a nice streak especially with wins over the program's you've mentioned. It's a bit misleading though, since the top ranked teams Cincinnati played home games against in the OOC (Ohio State in '02 and Oklahoma in '10) were not played at Nippert Stadium.

Cincinnati hosted Ohio State at PBS in 2002, before the current streak started (it started in 2003). The only non-conference game played in Paul Brown during our streak was Oklahoma.
But UC beat 5 P5 opponents at home during our streak. That's on par with what most other schools have hosted since that time (unless they have a built-in OOC rivalry with a P5 school).
Alabama has hosted 3 P5 non-conference opponents since 2003: Duke, Penn State, and Oklahoma. Not only did they lose to Oklahoma, they also choked and lost to both LA-Monroe and NIU in that time.
Texas has hosted 5 P5 non-conference opponents since 2003: Arkansas, Mississippi, Ohio State, UCLA, and Cal. They lost all 5 of those, and also lost to G5 BYU.
Or another team that I have frequently seen cited as having the best home field advantage: Tennessee. They've hosted Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Oregon, Cal, and UCLA. They lost 4 of those and also dropped a home game to G5 Wyoming.

The fact UC hasn't killed Miami the past four years reflects very badly upon them. We're in the midst of by far our worst ten-year stretch in program history yet it's been far too close for comfort for them since 2013.

OSU was pre-streak.
Oklahoma is the 1 and only OOC game played at PBS during the streak due to being "too big for Nippert".

Great streak, congrats! That adds a dimension to the Nov 5 matchup against BYU @ Nippert. Last year's game in Provo was certainly an interesting game. BYU is a bit different team this year than last, but the game should be interesting for sure.
