Is it possible that Brett McMurphy is wrong?

Merely acknowledging the existence of the terms of the Agreement was actually a violation of the terms of the agreement.
Releasing a copy of it publicly was also a violation.
But they had to release it per the open records act. Wonder if there are more records that will reveal what is going on... We just have to know what they are to request them.
Or, we could just wait two weeks and see what happens...

Not when the material was requested via FOI

What gets me about Geoff is he is always willing to play the race card when it comes to cops, Karpernick and everything else yet when presented with the outrageous percentages with regards to African American students at the various schools he goes numb. He's a fake activist IMO
What does this even mean?
Big 12:
3% (IA St), 4% (KU, KSU, UT, WVU), 5% (TCU, OU, OSU), 6% (TTU), 7% (Baylor)
Schools that made the cut:
0.5% (BYU), 2% (ColoSt), 5% (UConn, SMU), 6% (Air Force), 7% (Rice, Cinci), 9% (Tulane)
11% (UCF, USF, Houston), 13% (Temple)
Schools that did not make the cut:
2% (Boise St., New Mexico), 4% (SDSU), 8% (UNLV)
13% (Ark St), 16% (Northern Ill.), 17% (ECU), 36% (Memphis)
Thats the breakdown of African American students at all the schools either in the Big 12 or being considered. Now I'm not sure if this is totally accurate since I didn't check. Someone on here posted this the other day. You would think someone like Geoff Calkins would jump all over this or at least look into it.
The race card? Really?
Might as well play it. Everyone else does....

Yep. There are exclusions for FOIA. That's why Rudd specifically said it was due to the request.

I'm sure some legal eagles in here could tell you that, being a publicly funded institution, NOT releasing it in the face of an FOIA request would break federal law. But what do I know? I'm just some dumb wantabe Architect who got his masters from an institution that has such poor academics, I can't formulate a cogent sentence. It's a wonder we even know what buttons to push on these boxes in front of us right now...

I could be part of negotiations with FedEx, he could be wrong.
BUT
If the information was wrong, Rudd does have a way of communicating that we are not out with Geoff and Gary Parrish so that they maintained a wait and see attitude, instead of saying "it's over. I'm sure of it"

If they were going to let then know, why do it right before the first game of the season? Why not wait until Saturday night or Sunday?
