Understandable, the officiating in this game was horrendous. Not the reason we lost by any means, but awful nonetheless.

Radio said was bad on both sides, chain crew terrible. They were so slow. Said they didn't get them set late and false start on wy las drive was due to them

Indeed. This would be somewhat easier to swallow if NIU lost to a good team. Wyoming is well coached but a bad team. WMU is 24 points better than us right now in a neutral field. 31 points better in Kalamazoo

week one is a crap shoot. Im not going to judge the defense or O-line on it. units can improve greatly from week to week. And yes, Hare can improve as well. But I stand by my notion that Hare has fooled many of us into thinking he's special. He's not. He's good.

Agreed the MAC sucks and agreed we cant beat elite MW teams. We lost to Utah State and got pounded by Boise.

This was a VERY important game for Wyoming. All Spring and Fall all we heard was how The Cowboys had to get off on the right foot. Every guy on that team was totally focus in competing with and beating NIU. Last year we had 17 true freshman starting. I think they came of age tonight.

I hopeful that neither team suffered any serious injuries. It was a great game that I thought Wyoming deserved to win and ultimately did but damn that WR was so badass
