Head out to Shelby Forrest. Best hills in Shelby County. You can always run the bluff stairs on Riverside Drive too.
What race is everyone training for?

I'm just d!icking around this summer. Doing the St. Jude half in Dec and waiting to see in September if my BQ time from the Chicago Marathon will make the cut, as the last couple of years just meeting the threshold time hasn't been enough.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.
I'm actually not training for a race. I'm just in maintenance mode and focusing on explosiveness on the tennis court. I was training for a 10k but got bored with it. I ran track in high school and never really got out of the sprinter's mindset so I figured I would get back into a training routine in that direction. For reference I ran open 1, open 2, 4x1, 4x2, and 110 hurdles (depending on where the coach needed me at a particular meet). I'm getting back into the swing of things through interval training, sprint work, footwork (for tennis), and strength work.
As far as weight-lifting, I also have a bodyweight routine working through various planche, pistol squat, bridge, handstand, pull-up, and l-sit progressions.
