Nope, they were still in zone late.

Ellis is who he is. He is limited offensively but he grabbed 14 boards and blocked three shots. That is pretty solid and will be tough to replace next year

Numbers aren't everything. I'd rather have a guy with worse numbers and a better attitude. I'll miss deberry.

A guy with a cloud over his head hurts team chemistry The best teams are more than a sum of its parts.

Ellis with his sixth double-double of the season, that's pretty good.

I will be thrilled when Ellis is gone, he is an embarrassment, at least last year he was good, now he sucks and he's an A hole.

Troy played great and Evans is a breath of fresh air.

Really?? Can't wait till he's gone? He sucks and he's and A Hole? SMH

yeah- he sucks.

x3. The amount of criticism Ellis gets on this board is laughable. He is a difference maker for the team, period.

Not to mention after his anger issues last year he's kept his emotions under control all year. Credit to Oct for working on this

I like Ellis and glad he is our starting center. He plays with emotion, passion, and is solid not amazing. Any given night capable of 10pts and 10 reb with some blocks.

I just wish he could channel his attitude issue into being nastier with the ball...I expect a guy like him to throw down some dunks with purpose, authority, and nastiness and instead he chooses the bunny shot (of which he misses some).

I like Ellis, but why is it a problem to say he his soft with the ball and can't finish around the rim consistently?

Jenifer: 0 PTS/0 R/3 A/11 M
DeBerry: 2 PTS/1 R/0 A/9 M
Moore: 2 PTS/3 R/0 A/8 M
Johnson: 2 PTS/4 R/3 A/36 M
Clark: 4 PTS/3 R/1 A/27 M
Ellis: 10 PTS/14 R/2 A/31 M
Evans: 18 PTS/7 R/2 A/40 M
Caupain: 27 PTS/3 R/4 A/38 M

I'd say Quad made the most of his 8 minutes.

I thought Quadri played some very good defense. On offense, early on he just had to try a fall away jumper that missed badly. He can be an effective role player, but he has to realize his role is not to take shots from further than 1-2 feet.

Wish I could agree with you on this. I would argue that his failure to control his emotions is the only thing that has held him back this year... The first time someone puts an ass into him to box him out results in him losing his cool almost instantly every game... Then bad turnovers, silly fouls, Head hanging, taking unmakable shots & Rasheed Wallace faces follow.

He's a good player & I'm glad we have him. The only thing preventing him from being great is himself.

I'd say Quad made the most of his 8 minutes.

I liked it when I saw Jenifer and Copain on the floor together, with Jenifer handling the ball. The offense seemed like it had some energy.

Evans was really good yesterday and hit some huge shots. So glad this kid is on the team.

Caupain was the Caupain we have all been waiting for. Needs to keep that up.

Caupain for me had a great game as far as decision making. Hit some threes but got a good deal of his points on drives and free throws. With the defense playing the way they were playing and Cobb out it would have been easy to sit outside and bang threes.

Re:Evans on Mick's post game he mentioned a comment from when Kenyon was at practice last month. Kenyon asked who Jacob was and Mick told him he's a young guy adjusting to the game. Kenyon said he's going to be your best player.
