When Ford gets back, that team will be scary in the CAA tourney...could be a very difficult 1-8 or 2-7 game for someone on tourney Saturday (hopefully not us) Loved the posterizing by Prewitt, Dixon and Cohn are a great guard tandem, gotta love it. Looking forward to a packed house for Goldrush on Saturday!
Tribester, I was telling my wife the same thing about my fear of having to play Northeastern in the tournament. I really believe that they are good enough, when they get Ford back, of winning the whole thing. Here's hoping for the Tribe to wind up with one of the top two seeds and the Huskies going on a roll and not having to play on Friday so that we would not see them in the quarters.

RE: 2/4/2016 Northeastern game
Does anybody know how long it has been since we have started better than 16-6? I was going through Tribe Athletics site and the closest year was the '09 season when we started 15-7. Unfortunately the site only goes back to 01' season and no further. I tried ESPN and others and could not find it. Anybody know? Either way it has been over 15 years since the Tribe has started a season like this

Think we need to continue the chartered flight route for all future year trips to Boston, NY and Philly. To heck with these 9+ hour bus rides. Program deserves the upgrade and the results.

You can skip most of the 80s and 90s. The '98 team had 20 wins, but I don't think they played as well OOC.

I really am curious about this stat. I think it is certainly impressive whatever the actual number is. Somebody on these boards has to know!

Another come-from-behind win and another "I can't watch this team" to "great win" in the matter of 20 minutes.

William and Mary off to its best start in 18 years, since the 1997-98 season where the team went 20-6 to start the season and ended 20-7. Thank you to Dr. Ebirt for helping me find the info. What an impressive stat.... This team is for real

Big Plus 1 Tribeheart! Many Thanks to who ever arranged the funds to make this possible. It's a big deal at this time of the year.

One of the Announcers is Blain Taylor [former basketball coach at ODU] he just seems to put every player's name in the hat - and pick a name randomly out of the hat to identify a player who made the last play - Dixon has had three or four first names tonight

They were on with Jay during halftime. Cool thing is, they also give money to the Pep Band to make it a better atmosphere for the Tribe. Very cool.
