HaHa now 6th in blocks
With his 4 blocks tonight. William Lee now has 102 blocks. That places him 6th on the All time block list, just behind Mehinti's 122 blocks. Lee moved past Lawrence Kinnard and Eddie Collins tonight. Mehinti seems stuck at his spot. Lee will pass him soon unless he gets going.
BLOCKS
1. OGG, Alan (86-90) 266
2. MOORE, Cameron (08-12) 137
3. MINCY, Jerome (82-86) 131
4. ANCHRUM, Norman (80-82) 125
5. MEHINTI, Tosin (13- ) 122
6. LEE, William (14- ) 102
7. KINNARD, Lawrence (05-09) 100
8. COLLINS, Eddie (84-88) 99

I think Lee finishes at #2 and Mehinti at #3.

I can see that happening, Lee has a shot at it if he keeps current pace

He would need 133 at the end of the season to be on pace to tie Ogg. That's only 31 blocks away.
He's got a great shot to take the lead...assuming last night's performance doesn't become the new normal for him and we lose him early to the NBA.

RE: HaHa now 6th in blocks
The thing that may hinder Lee's chance at being the #1 blocker is that Tosin and some of his other teammates may take some of his blocks from him.

That hasn't hurt him this year. If Lee stays with us his full four years, he will be #1. That's my bold prediction.

Just saying it may be a position thing. Lee may get more blocks at the 5 instead of the 4 or vice versa depending on who he covers.

Have to be conference player of the year probably for starters.
Very few slots for guaranteed contracts.
