I see it
1/2 Ark St/App
3 GS
4 Ga State
5 USA
6 Troy
7 NMSU
8 Louisiana
9 Idaho
10 Texas St
11 ULM
I think San Diego St was the best win.

No doubt. They would be top 25 if not for that unexplainable loss.

What is your reasoning for that? I think prestige wise beating the moutain west champ is better than the Mac. Both are good wins but I would give the edge to San Diego st. Bowling green did have a nice win over Maryland but I think most people forgot about that after the bowl game. Where as San Diego st made Cincinnati look like a jv squad.

Blah Blah Blah. We all know the standings and it was a good but not great season for the Belt. What this season says to me is that next year the Belt has the potential to take the next step and be the best G5 out threre.

RE: Your Final 2015 SBC Power Rankings
No one really stood out among the top three so I would say a three way tie for the power ranking. Any of the three could beat each other depending on the day and location. GS did have the best win in beating the MAC champs and a near miss vs 9-3 UGA. We also had the worst loss against GaSt.

No way you can justify NMSU being better than Troy in the power ratings.

You're right. Troy should be ahead of NMSU. I only saw a few Troy games this year. Will be glad that Troy comes back on our schedule next year. I know the Idaho loss came when your QB was out.

Forgot about SDSU game.
I think you are right. Best non-conference wins probably goes like this:
1. USA win over SDSU
2. GS win over Bowling Green
3. tie App over Ohio and GS over WMU

I think I'd have to agree with the app fans in this case. No way we are higher than 3rd.

The MW is nowhere near where it was in the past 10 years. BG beat two Big 10 teams regular season on the road. Didn't lose at home to South Alabama. The interim coach means zip when facing another team with an interim coach.

RE: Your Final 2015 SBC Power Rankings
Have to agree with Ramblin Red Wolf's rankings. AppState had one game against A State that we performed way below expectations largely due to injuries and playing a rough stretch of 3 games in two weeks. But App was the most consistent team all year and brought the SBC wins against CUSA, MAC, and MWC. Most of the time, you don't have to go 8-0 in this league to win it, and we were the only team to have to play all of the top half teams in the league. Because of all of this, we have a real shot at a top 25 ranking, and therefore should be considered the premiere football team this year.

Enough with this nonsense. 3 games in 15 days is standard.

Yep. We had a rough 30 minutes. You guys lost all your OOC FBS games. Can't and won't rank you ahead of AppState. Only reason I have your team at #2 and not #3 is because you did go 8-0 and beat App. GS did a far better job representing the conference than A-State did this year. We won our bowl game with at least 6 starters out. We were beat up the entire last half of the season, but still managed to gut out wins and be the first team in the SBC to 11 wins :EVER: and the first team in the NCAA to have a bowl win in our first season.

I wouldn't trade App's season with anyone in the conference this year, but I also believe in putting an undefeated conference record at the top of rankings.
This is nonsense.
Funny thing is App could have a very similar year as Ark St. had this year with our 2016 schedule.
UT-k - USC
Miami - Mizz at home
Akron - Toledo
