Matt Breida may need an at least somewhat dry field to make all the crazy cuts he makes.

Speaking of which, does anyone know if Breida is going to play?

I think he is going to play but may not be 100%.

I think it would hamper Fields more than Breida. Fields makes way quicker cuts than Breida.

Don't like how we match up against BG. Could be in for a long night.

Hello GASO fans/alum,

Good luck in your game against BGSU (sometimes known as BUGS). Thankfully I did not see our game against you all with the ugly oar uniforms . Here are some of my thoughts. BGSU has a better o-line, d-line, and QB compared to WMU. They run a high tempo offense. Luckily GASO has a ball control offense. T.O.P. could be a major advantage to GASO 4th Q; capitalize on it.

Agreed. I was Kinda peeved App didn't get to play Toledo. After watching that whole game last night I do think we dodge a bullet.

if GaSo beats Bowling Green I think they have a case for a ranking. Them and App could easily at least get some votes at the end of the whole year.

My thoughts exactly. This is a televised game so there will be more TV time outs and breaks.

For Southern to win this game, they must OWN the time of possession. They have to control the clock and limit the BUGS opportunity to get in a rhythm. If Southern can do this (and take care of the ball), they will WIN this game!!!!!!!

After Georgia State, Southern isn't getting any votes.

I'm not concerned with that anyway. The BUGS are the best passing team we have faced all season (one of the best in the nation). Southern has their hands full with the short intermediate throws (considering the rain and wind)!

Southern needs this win!!!

This win will put the SBC above the MAC for 2015!!!!

No way we make the rankings even with a blowout win. It would likely help App out though.

Apparently some serious weather this morning, one dude was in his closet with crazy hail and tornado warnings. Now talk of flooding at the field.....aint looking good. But looks like the serious stuff has left the area so hopefully this game happens.

Oh it'll happen. $$$$$$$$$ on the line for the city, schools and TV for it to be canceled for weather. I hope GaSo treats them like WMU. Get after their asses.

Lightning is a no go no matter what. Hurricane is ok we have done that before.
