Our WBB are losing to a D2 school right now and it hasn't been close. They're finally catching up but that's just a pathetic showing.

Our Women's program beat up on Tennessee Tech pretty good Saturday. Have Tennessee Martin and Wichita State this coming week.

get use to hearing lots of whistles, the new rules are going to destroy defense and if you cant hit free throws, good luck

We are struggling at the line right now. We can't get our good FT shooters to the line and they are hitting every shot.

Jags fall 88-70 to the Wolfpack. A lot of positives to take away from the game though.

We beat Jacksonville, a charter member of the SBC.

Had the Pack fans booing for a little while late in the first half, but that might have been hangover from them getting trounced by William & Mary.

Any D1 win is a good win.

I have no clue what to expect. Some Cajun fans think we've got the athletes to do it but it's early in the season and I'm sure they'll be tough to beat at home. We'll know soon enough.

Edited to add: I did like the nod of respect they gave us on their schedule.

I feel like every year they enforce "new rules" only at beginning of the season to help the big programs win games over the non-big programs (trying not use "mid-major"). But when conference play comes around no one cares about the "new rules" any more.
