RE: OT: JMU hosting College Gameday
Maybe their administration will get asked on the set about their decision to stay FCS and their decision to not give COA.
And while they are stumbling through those answers, the students and fan base in the back ground will have signs ripping those decisions.
Can anybody think of some good signs for that back drop?

You know, if the JMU fans really wanted to put their administration on the spot, they could get a LOT of attention...
A few signs and chants would go a long way

The Appy/GS game needs to be on Saturdays from here out just for the possibility of Gameday showing up.

Sucks Gameday didn't do this when we were FCS. Didn't they go to NDSU last year?

Not true. That App State/Michigan game was in 07, in 02 Gameday visited Penn, visited The Bayou Classic in 05, and FAMU in 2008.

Wasn't Vlad Lee almost committed to App at one point?

Don't remember that but Vad did start out at Ga. Tech.

That's where I remember the name. The last quarterback they had prior to Lee was recruited to App, then he de-committed and chose JMU I believe.

Unfortunately the game will probably be on Tuesday moving forward.

I think they specifically seek out one FCS game per year to do Gameday at.
Anyone know when was the last time they actually went to a G5 school? I can't think of any, although I'm not really a hardcore watcher of college football.

So basically, you have to be ranked really high or be a service academy.

Congrats to JMU for getting the publicity but those purple streamers they throw after a score are just a little
