Either she does the job, as the oath states or she resigns, those are the only options she has to prevent her from breaking a commandment. As someone who used to audit county clerks - and yes I did audit Rowan County when Kim's mother was the clerk - I can personally attest that the clerk's signature does appear on marriage licenses.

A judge is not God. There is a law in place that states how to remove her; vote her out or impeach. Thats it.

What about the guys that targeted her and brought the cameras? Were they attention whoring? They clearly have the resources to get to the next county. Or they could have gone to their county clerk of their residence.
