Pay more wages! But if you charge me more, I'm not going to eat there!!!!

You'd figure these folks would at least take crash course in economics.

The purpose of minimum wage is so that people can make a living. That does not mean they should eat at Chiplote.

I'm middle class and I won't even eat there because it's too expensive.

There are plenty of upper class people who will eat there and they will be just fine.

I'll make you a deal. If Chiplotle goes out of business, I will ask for a lowing of the minimum wage.

Fair enough?

Good grief. That's about the LAST thing minimum wage jobs are for. They are for pimply faced 16 yo's to actually learn how to work. Get in the workforce, learn a skill, how to show up on time, dress in uniform or appropriately, learn respect for a boss etc.

The fact that in this crap economy some are trying to make shittey, entry level jobs sweeping floors and taking out the trash something to support a family on is more an indictment of how poorly this band of rank amateurs has performed on economic issues than anything else.

They're trying to tell us 30 hours is a full time job. They're trying to tell us if you quit looking for a job for a couple weeks, you are no longer unemployed 03-lmfao. They're trying to tell us a minimum wage job is a career endeavor.

Trying to normalize their abject failure and normalize near poverty as the "new normal". Great job, progs. Great job.

Why not go and f$%^ up someone elses country where you'd be more comfortable anyway, like say, Venezuela.
Actually, it has more to do with the outsourcing of the jobs where these people used to work. If those positions still existed there would be plenty of jobs left the jobs for "pimply faced 16 yo's". Given the anger, it seems like this might be a personal response.

Actually, you have no idea what you are talking about. None.

No one is outsourcing jobs where they could be done better here, you get that? How many businesses have you owned or run? How many employees you hired, fired, trained at great effort and expense?

If it can be done as well, or better here, then why would anyone look elsewhere? You leftist morons can't seem to figure out simple stuff.

If you want MORE of something, make it worthwhile, profitable.
If you want less of something, tax it. Make it not worthwhile.

Why is this always so hard to understand?

OWL's response is always right on as well.

You think you can punish people or businesses enough that they will return?!?

You ever owned so much as a puppy? 03-lmfao

I tend to agree.

Of course it's the economic policies of leftists like yourself that are driving jobs to other countries, but knowing your posting history I doubt you are too willing to admit that fact.
