I personally think it's too predictable and am saddened that some people choose to view this as a 'hate' issue.

It's a poverty issue due to cause/effect.....loss of industrial jobs coupled with the war on drugs created this situation....

I'm just going to keep on saying this until someone can conclude otherwise with a different path to 'true'.

This country's economy grew and changed from industrial to service based too fast........leaving many behind w/o the skills to adapt....and that includes the whiteys too....

toss in the war on drugs and it's the perfect maelstrom in waiting...

hell, one could make the argument that the parents of boomers contributed to the issue....
