How is Bentley's arm talent compared to Heinicke?

From what I have seen both at the scrimmage and on film, he is just as accurate and has perhaps a stronger arm.

His passing is just as good on the short and intermediate game and better with the long ball. Actually he is significantly better with the long ball. His ability to scramble and sense the rush is unknown to me at this time. As QBs are not live in most of our practice situations we will probably have to wait for games to see how he compares in this area. Also, remains to be seen how he performs under the pressure of a real game but that said he looks pretty fine to me.

You ever notice how high Bentley's leg comes off the ground after the ball release?

Bentley certainly does some things better than Heinicke. However, Taylor's pocket awareness and ability scramble / keep plays alive was invaluable to the team. I'm not sure Shuler will be that type of QB. Taylor was an escape artist at times.

Looking at the ODU vs GSU game from 2011, in TH's first season as QB, that pocket awareness seems to have come naturally with him. I think with Bentley, it will come.

If you look at the Pitt game in 2013, their QB wasn't that much of a scrambler either, but they had a 235lbs running back. We appear to have 3 very capable running backs and it wouldn't surprise me to see ODU running the ball down the opposing ODU team's throat come the spring game!
