Fiat may be too new. The others you could find though. The S depends on the model year. Google it. All model years are fine. The choice is largely aesthetic. I went late Gen2 Mazda6 BC of aesthetics.
Yea, okay. I thought It might just be a simple answer like trim package, engine etc. I'll look around. Does it imply the dressed-up version or the dressed down? Or does that change by year as well?

How much on the clock?
A little under 40k miles.
In my personal experience a Jag is a better made car than anything German.
I had a jag that was nothing but problems. That being said, the F-Type is a bad mamma jamma and is on my list of possibilities.
I've got to start narrowing it down a little.
F-type coupe
Porsche Cayman
Lexus RC350
Audi RS5/S5
????
My personal choice would be the Jag.
Picking a two door car, which is a car not really 'useful' per se, is all about which one you like more.
That said, I would only want the R model of the F-Type. When you add that in it becomes the most expensive by a mile of those.
The Audi would probably be the second choice. Those are good looking cars and aren't really like the Porsche or Jag because they do have some sort of utility and you can fit luggage in them.
The Lexus would be right out for me. I despise Lexus cars. But, that's a personal thing.
My dislike for the Porsche is just sort of elitest, "why couldn't you get a 911?"
I was also looking at that Alfa Romeo 4C, but the closest dealer would be an hour and a half drive for now. Too far to worry about.

It applies to trim and drive train. Varies by year.

I think they operate like Ferrari though.
My brother in law's Ferrari has been tricked from Florence to Atlanta more times than I cant count; then they truck it back. That's all just part of the warranty.
It's pretty annoying but if you have a second car it wouldn't be a big deal.

Why do I think that means you are going to prefer the SUV over any minivan?
Wifey will prefer the minivan. When she wins at least demand rims and flames or chrome tip exhausts. #swaggerwagon
For a while there I was driving the old T & C minivan after we got a Sienna for the wife and I got tired of paying $120 twice a week to fill my Expedition.
I was also coaching my sons youth football team and would frequently pick up 2-3 other kids whose folks were at work or couldn't get to games or practice for whatever reason.
We had an aftermarket TV with a VHS player in it between the seats in the back seat, so for a joke I would grab some of the videos we had hanging around from when they were little kids. Rescue Heros, Bob the builder and stuff so these 13-14 yr olds would watch that crap and laugh all the way to where ever we were going.
It was about the second week of driving this beater with a carload of teens being teenage boys when one of them gets in and says "Coach, what's playing in the swagwagon this week?!?" haha
Thereon it was the swagwagon and I briefly tossed around the idea of getting the personalized plate swgwagn for it. Sold it before then, though.

Actually my wife hates minivans more than I do. Which wouldn't be that bad if not for the fact that she does actually want our family to have one. I've rented a couple of minivans for road trips and I don't think they are that bad. I though 2015 would be the year when Chrysler redid the T&C but they have apparently have pushed that off until next year. I do like the new Kia Sedona and the current Dodge Caravan.

I'm only 26, but in a way, I kinda wish I bought a used van instead, took out the captain chars, put a nice tv in it with some gaming consoles, maybe a beer keg for tailgating, and just used it as a place to chill during lunch breaks/road trips/tailgating.
Keep it as inconspicuous as possible on the outside, but awesome on the inside.
One of my wife's coworkers has a van that he's done just that to. He basically ignored the exterior panels and set it up on the inside with those nice chairs, tv, etc...
But the outside is so grungy, you'd never know... so around her office they jokingly referred to it as the "Pedo-Mobile".
Not really an update from the Detroit show, but Tesla made some software updates to their P85D models and the 0-60 is now down to 2.8 seconds. Unreal.
A sedan that is faster than virtually any super cars off the line. I think its 1/4 mile is around 120mph, which is not as good as some of the super cars, but that really only matters on the drag strip.

I guess the biggest news maker so far has been Chevy's announcement of the Bolt, a 200 mile EV for $30,000.
Why do electric cars have to look so freaking crappy!
I want to know what happens when the landfills get all of those batteries in a few years.
No industry has a higher recycling rate than the battery industry. It's almost 100%. 98% to be exact and Tesla's for example is a completely closed loop recycling system.
This is always a laughably stupid argument in my opinion anyway. People (I'm not saying you specifically) from my experience that say this are always the ones who have the littlest concern for what happens when the harmful chemicals associated with fossil fuel drilling and burning are pumped into the atmosphere.
There are no perfect technologies today or on the horizon, but at least batteries can be almost 100% recycled and already have the best system in place for doing that in the world. No other industry even comes close.
