His play this year, considering the load he was expected to carry vs. Madison and Mehinti, has been worse.

I agree that both Madison and Mehinti have disappeared somewhat as of late, however.

I didn't expect Madison to continue scoring at the same pace. Earlier in the season, Madison was more of a beneficiary of opportunity vs a reliable playmaker.

I have been disappointed in Mehinti. I expected him to be a rim protector and a reliable finisher in the paint. He's doing okay scoring wise, but he completely disappears in some games. Sometimes it's due to foul trouble, but he's averaging less than four rebounds a game, and that's not acceptable from your center. At this point, I think CJ should be our starting center.

I definitely didn't expect CJ to be our best player this year, but at the very least, I expected him to be as good as last year. He didn't attempt any three-pointers last game, so maybe Coach Haase finally told him to stop shooting them. CJ has decent touch around the basket, and we definitely need more inside scoring options. We need CJ staying around the paint to be successful this year.

Actually I think 10th man mins should go to Collins, and leave Sullivan and Calhoun as the 11 & 12th guys from a defensive standpoint. Sullivan is like Madison last season a good kid and player but not heavily needed right now like Calhoun also.

IMO, Mehinti's biggest problem has been he doesn't seem to get into the game for the first 10min or so, maybe better coming off the bench???

Also any online viewing options for tonight?

Mehinti is not only an inexperienced college player, but he is also an inexperienced basketball player, having taken up the game much later than others his age. He got better last year because he was going up against Faz in practice. He doesn't have the experienced big body to go up against in practice this year, and his play is showing it.
