Since this seems to have gotten off track somewhat(Sam Harris shooting three's).Check out who Rice has recruited for 2016 to complement Evans.

Again, with Fields not getting a scholarship this year, you would think that we have some irons in the fire. But time is running out.

No. I am saying Coach Rhodes has a great 2016 class coming in. BUT, so do we. From what I can see it looks like ODU and Rice have the best 2016 classes in CUSA. Time will tell who had the best. Personally I think the best player in both classes is Kah. We got shafted by the kid from Oklahoma,however I see where he is going to Kilgore Jr college. Somehow I think he is over rated,however I know nothing about him personally. I do know Jeff is real high on Kah. He has said he is a game changer. That's good enough for me.

Ako Adams committed to Rice like 6 months ago..let us know when Rice has winning record in basketball. Talk about recruiting all you want. Jones' record is like 71-38, and this is following a 5-25 season. What has Rice done in that time frame??

With that said.. We have a solid group coming in, plus the 3 guys that sat out last year (stith, Porter, Carver). We are probably working on another transfer, but should be in good shape. We've signed players in the summer time in previous years, i think we have plenty of time to check out some more transfers and or Juco's.

We have a TON of new players coming in already.Over 1/2 a team worth by numbers.

I hope it doesn't happen but I see Xavier Green redshirting. It hurts so bad because I want to see the kid play right away but it is a numbers game right now. If Haynes can play, Green will redshirt.

Who is Mauras? Did I miss a commit somewhere along the way?

He will be a walk-on. His commit was pretty quiet - I think he announced his commitment a few weeks ago via twitter.

I agree, talent-wise. But the problem is that our new players are going to be malnourished, because that awful Mike Rhoades keeps on eating their lunch.

Stith and Kah. That's some serious talent. Btw, someone who posts here and knows as much as anyone on this board, has seen Hayes playing at ODU with Freeman and others says Randy Hayes looks like a great player with a serious handle. Big and strong for a guard too.
