yeah, if he's from there then it'll be hard to convince him to come all the way to VA. although I don't know what UNLV's PG situation is compared to ours.

Martin twins have now officially visited Cal and EZU. No commitments. Find it interesting. No tweets from Cal fans to them saying they hope they come to Cal. yet EZU has dozens. Thought that was a violation. Which would explain a classy school like Cal not having fans tweet and EZU is well EZU....

Glad they visited EZU before us. When was the last time EZU beat us in basketball ? No comparison...Chance for NCAA bid every year they are at ODU....or a bottom feeder team in the AAC. This should be an easy sell !!

Additionally, how long can Jeff Lebo keep his job there? 100 losses in 6 years there. 18 years as a head coach, 0 NCAA tournaments.

I'm still hoping for a grad-transfer PG. The twins would be welcome additions but it closes the books on 2016, correct?

Probably, unless Jeff Jones can magically make a scholarship appear. Maybe the Stith bros pay their way? Then we'd be getting great production from "walk ons"

Sounds like he wants to play elsewhere to me. I'm sure we have others in mind but who knows, maybe we end being his best option when its all said and done.

He's contacting them; they're not contacting him, even though they know he's on the market. Is that how it usually works with grad transfers? did the kid contact us to arrange a visit? I have no problem with him trying to get the best deal possible for himself; just curious

It's only for one year, but it would be nice if he were a little more excited about coming here. If not, do we really want him?

Hopefully that is changing. Seems the CUSA commish is optimistic about increasing exposure. She called it "fantastic". The money on the other hand simply sucks.
