We had several local players at the games, a few are top level recruits. Great game to show what we have at ODU.

With the GA seating, I missed my usual opportunity to scour the recruits area to see who was at the game, but I did see Matt Coleman of Maury.

I'm not sure, but I saw a nice "Go Monarchs you got this game" tweet from Marquis Godwin.

Godwin and Cam Bacote have been at most of our games.

I think Jeff should invite every single D1 prospect from Hampton Roads to tomorrow night's game. It's going to be, as the kids say, live!

Ok...I apologize for starting that.

Now, back to recruiting, I'm hoping Jeff gets all of the local players out to the game tomorrow night. Between the classes of '16 and '17, here are some of the players in which I think we have interest:

Godwin
Bacote
Coleman
Xavier Green
Richard Washington
Dajour Dickens

I'm sure there are others, as well.

This game will be another excellent opportunity to showcase the program and the potential that it has to the target recruits. I'm sure Jones and co. have prepared for this.

Did you notice you can figure out posters' ages by the words they provided. Back to recruiting. I know it's only part of a kid's college decision but how could you not want to come to ODU after last night!

We did just offer Cameron Jordan, 6-5, SG/SF, Wheeler High School, GA. Looks like we are the first to offer. The guy has seemed to develop a lot, over the last year. Has some hops and a mid-range jumper.

Things/news will start to pick up very soon. The 2016 class is huge for ODU.

Wheeler HS is a very good team ranked 10th, they beat the #1 team during the season. Here's a good photo of Cameron, shows his lift.

Thanks again DaBig for the recruiting intel! Guess with seasons ending we might soon start hearing some High School and JUCO recruiting news and players who might transfer from various schools perhaps. Look forward to seeing who our final recruit for next year will be and also beyond.
