UNT had a RB with dyslexia a few years back. A few on our board poked at some fun at him and nearly started a riot amongst the UNters.
Ahhhh...good times!
The Good Ole Days when the Cajuns were our blood brothers hell bent on destroying the Greenies. Then we all turned around tried to beat the Smurfs, who had this annoying habit of destroying everyone. We all wondered quietly when WKU would move up to FBS, and USA would start football. We were staring off at the very slow starts by the Florida Twins, put saw positive signs in the growth of a young Troy program.
Now we're arguing about whether or not Georgia Southern truly is the best team in the Sun Belt.
Realignment at its finest.

I think ULM will come to play and expect to win. I look for pete to have a big day against the GS secondary.

I think he will have a very good game as well. Just hoping we make a few more plays than the Warhawks do.

This will be way more of a game than many Ga Southern fans are comfortable with. ULM played well against App, ULL, and Texas A&M this year. They lost all those games but they were within reach for them to win at critical times. They play good defense, and if their offense can put up some points they could sneek one out.

I think a lot will depend on their mentality coming into the game. Are they done for the season, or will they really buy into playing spoiler for us. I know our boys will be fired up, but if ULM comes out flat, it could get ugly.

ULM will be up for it. We are at a minimum co-champions, if they can't get up for that I'll be surprised. Not to mention we certainly look beatable after the last couple of weeks.

The ULM offense we were expecting has never really made itself known this season. There have been flashes of their potential but it's never come together for a complete game. Four of our losses have been by a touchdown or less (App State's tightest win during their 5-game winning streak was by 2 points to the Warhawks...at App). ULM had a 0-0 halftime tie with stAte, trailed LSU 10-0 at halftime, and even lead Kentucky 14-3 at one point. We just haven't been able to finish games like we ought to.
I think it will be that ULM wins close or G-South wins big.

Why? Most of us are pretty pragmatic about this.
We're rooting for GS to lose.

I know Rashon Caesar is going to have a couple thousand GS students in his ear all game for declaring to UL that he will beat us for them. Hope he's got his mind right.

I could see ULM winning because their strength is GaSo's weakness. If ULM can sling the ball all over the Eagle secondary and slow down the run, they might win
Curious to see how that 3-3-5 works on GaSo

I think the smell of Statesboro is more worrisome. Is it the lowland bog smell? Is it the rancid waters of Eagle Creek? Is it the humidity from all the mouth breathing and FUPA sweat? No one knows, but it STINKS.

Where'd you read that? And why does it bother you that your opponent would want to win the game? Would you expect less?

He told ULL players "we'll take care of Georgia Southern for you."
Easier said than done.
