No doubt, it had kind of stalled, only about 200 new signatures yesterday (slowest day yet), and almost 700 new ones after Madison Underwood wrote an article about it on al.com.....last night.

I shared it again today on social media with the request that people not just sign it, but share it too (I hadn't done that before). I've had several of my friends who have different allegiances to share it today, where that hadn't happened before.

Hey, that's great! I know several CUSA rival fans that have signed it, and offered best wishes.

The next update should put us over 3,000. We're sitting on 2,956 right now.

I'm headed to Snoozy's right now to sign the paper one. Hopefully it's still there.

How is it crazy to want the petition to be more credible and not have multiples of the same person on it?

The date on the comment I saw was yesterday, the 13th (which is why I noted it here). That story is dated the 10th. Odd.

I think the fact that some people went out of their way to sign two petitions is impressive in its own right. At any rate, I think the duplicate signatures ship has sailed already.

Where are the UAB students - do they care? Surely even the band can sign a petition without getting in trouble. Has Kaleidoscope published the link?
