Yeah, I meant betting against Jameis in the broader sense that he was betting on them performing below what most expected them to do. You're absolutely right though, a college athlete betting on NCAA football is a big no-no.

Coach and the administration must know that all that stuff about Chris is pure BS. Assuming that is so, some legal action against the person(s) responsible for this atrocious character assassination should be instituted

The news is coming from a bookie, a dubious website and being carried by TMZ.

The problem with this story, true or not(and I happen to believe it's not) is that the tuscalosers think they can hurt two teams they dislike by perpetuating it.
